Gold Panda - Mountain
Gold Panda follows up last year’s DJ Kicks mix with a new single for Ghostly International. Mountain is a dizzying four-minute worth of weight tribal percussion and kick-drums counteracting whimsical-sounding woodwind and woozy, rising synths. Financial District keeps the heavy percussion and early morning haze for another heady contrast between the tough and the tender.

Holy Other - Know Where
The latest artist to debut on the taste making imprint Tri Angle, Holy Other more than holds its own against past luminaries such as Balam Acab, oOoOO and How to Dress Well. Like departing on a solitary journey through the city at night, manipulated r’n’b samples converge with languid beats and a ghostly haze to create a sound that haunts but illuminates in equal measure. Know Where, the lead track on the new With U EP released today, speaks the Holy Other language like no other, perfectly twisted, evocative and deeply emotive.
